- 1
Silicone stick-on bra with a front clasp
Two silicone cups that clip together at the centre give a little lift and a closed-up cleavage. Silicone is reusable when cared for.
- 2
Fabric adhesive bra (lightweight)
Thinner and lighter than silicone, so it is cooler for summer and less visible under fine fabrics.
- 3
Lift tape for fuller cups
Body tape lifts and holds fuller breasts where a stick-on cup cannot. It is single use and takes practice.
- 4
Nipple covers
Thin reusable covers for sheer or silk tops when you need smoothness rather than lift.

A stick-on bra works well for smaller to mid cup sizes under backless, strapless and plunging outfits. It holds with adhesive on the inside of each cup, so there is no band, no straps and nothing to show at the back.
How does a stick-on bra work?
Each cup has a skin-safe adhesive lining. You press the cups onto your breasts, angled slightly upwards, and many styles then clip together at the centre front. The clasp pulls the breasts closer and adds a little lift. Without a band, the adhesive carries all of the weight, which is why stick-on bras suit lighter cups best.
Who are stick-on bras best for?
- Smaller to mid cup sizes. The less weight, the longer they hold.
- Open backs and halter necks, where any band would show.
- Deep plunges, where a centre clasp gives a neat cleavage line.
If your bust is fuller, read our guide to the bra for a backless dress for low-back styles that keep wires and a band.
Which size should you buy?
Stick-on bras are usually sized by cup letter, such as A, B, C and D, or by a size number with a cup range. Use your UK cup letter from our bra size calculator and match it to the maker’s chart. If you are between two sizes, the larger cup usually gives better coverage and grip.
How to apply a stick-on bra so it stays put
- Wash and dry your skin. Do not use lotion, oil or deodorant on your chest.
- Fold each cup slightly inside out and place it at the angle you want: lower on the outside, pointing slightly up.
- Smooth the cup from the centre outwards and press for a few seconds.
- Clip the centre clasp, if there is one, and check the neckline in a mirror.
How to care for it
Wash the adhesive with warm water and mild soap after each wear, let it air dry adhesive side up, then replace the protective film. Never use a hairdryer, and keep it away from dust and fluff, which stop it sticking.
