How the systems differ

UK sizing
Inch-based bands; double-letter cups (DD, FF, GG…)
US sizing
Inch-based bands; cup letters differ from UK above DD (DDD, G, H…)
EU sizing
Centimetre-based band labels (60, 65, 70…); single-letter cups
French sizing
EU band + 15 (75, 80, 85…); EU cup letters
Australian and New Zealand sizing
Dress-size style bands (6, 8, 10…); UK cup letters

Brands do not all agree

From UK G upwards, most charts label UK G as EU I, but Curvy Kate and Pour Moi skip the letter I, so their EU label is one letter later (UK G is EU J). US brands also use alternative labels, such as DDD or F for UK E. When a brand publishes its own chart, follow that.

UK cups on other labels

From brand-published charts (Freya, Elomi, Curvy Kate, Brastop, Bravissimo, Pour Moi). A dash means no consistent published equivalent.

UK bands on other labels

EU and French bands are labels, not centimetre measurements of your underbust. Never convert a band by multiplying inches by 2.54.
