What we do

My Bra Size helps you find a starting bra size, understand the size you already wear, and work out what to change when a bra does not feel right. Everything is free and works without an account.

How we write and check our guidance

  • Sizing rules come from UK retailers and brands that publish them, and every page lists its sources with the date we checked them.
  • Where sources disagree, we say so and show both rather than picking one quietly.
  • Our buying guides are researched and, where possible, tested hands-on, and they call a product tested only if it has been. We do not invent experts, reviews or statistics. No professional bra fitter has reviewed our tools yet; if that changes, we will name them and say what they reviewed.
  • Our guidance is about how clothing fits. It is not medical advice.

Who writes our guides

Our guides are written by Jenisha Jonchhe, a New York-based fashion writer and designer with academic training in fashion design. She writes research-led bra sizing and fit guides for UK shoppers.

Who it is for

UK shoppers. We use UK sizes, British English and pounds throughout. When a brand you are buying from uses another system, the converter helps you read its labels.

How the site is funded

The site has no adverts. Our buying guides include clearly labelled Amazon UK affiliate links, explained on our affiliate disclosure page. Commission never changes a size we suggest or the advice we give.
